    In the classroom, there are twenty users per session to ensure personalized attention when necessary. Remote training boosts session attendance, and even for larger groups, we provide townhall sessions to address specific needs.

  • Is follow-up training provided?

    Absolutely, each follow-up training session is tailored to your organization, encompassing Adoption Services with multiple customized options. Sessions are available on a weekly, monthly, or bi-monthly basis, depending on the scope of work. Basic sessions cater to new hires, while advanced and Q&A sessions accommodate those seeking additional learning. Our customized calendar allows end-users to select session times at their convenience.

    TTGNY provides versatile go-live support in various formats:

    • In-person walk-around support ensures one-on-one attention for end users
